What happens immediately after I purchase?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your SolarSnap account is automatically upgraded to Commercial status. You'll receive a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. Simply restart the app and the upgrade will be active.
How do I activate the licence in the app?
There's nothing manual to do. The licence is linked to your SolarSnap account email. Once your payment is processed, close and reopen the app. The Commercial badge will appear in your account screen and all restrictions will be removed automatically.
Is this a subscription?
No. The Commercial licence is a one-time purchase. It does not expire and there are no renewal fees. Updates to the app are included while the app is actively maintained.
Can I use one licence across multiple devices?
The licence is tied to your SolarSnap account, not your device. You can log in on any device and the Commercial features will be available. It is not designed for shared team accounts — each user should have their own licence.
What if I need multiple licences for my team?
For team or volume licensing, please contact us at info@solarsnap.co.uk before purchasing and we'll arrange a suitable package.
How do I get support?
Commercial licence holders can contact us directly at info@solarsnap.co.uk and will receive priority responses. You can also use the support form on this website.
Can I get a refund?
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the licence, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll resolve it or issue a refund. We're unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind once the licence has been activated.
